How to Raise a Concern

Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days of receipt. You will be assigned a dedicated point of contact who will keep you updated throughout the process.

Investigation & Resolution

We aim to fully investigate and resolve all complaints within 20 working days. If we need additional time, we will inform you of the expected timeframe and the reasons for the delay.

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You can contact them at pharmacyregulation.org/raising-concerns.

Distance Selling Notice

Prescriptly operates as a distance-selling pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). We are authorised to supply medicines to patients across the United Kingdom via our online consultation service.

Medicines Exemption: Please note that medicines are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Once medicines have been dispatched, they cannot be returned for safety reasons. This is a legal requirement to protect patient safety.
