Standard delivery is free and typically takes 2–3 working days. We also offer express next-day delivery for £4.99. All orders include full tracking via email and SMS so you always know where your parcel is. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day.

Medicines are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
