We may suggest an alternative treatment that could be more appropriate, or recommend that you speak with your GP. You will not be charged for any treatment that is not prescribed. Our prescriber will review your request and, if clinically appropriate, update your treatment plan. We recommend discussing any changes with our team rather than making adjustments independently.

For ongoing treatments, we offer a convenient repeat prescription service. Before your current supply runs out, we'll send you a reminder and a brief follow-up questionnaire to check on your progress and any side effects. Once reviewed and approved by our prescriber, your next supply is dispensed and delivered automatically. You're in control and can pause or cancel at any time.

If you experience any side effects, please contact our clinical team immediately. You can reach us via email, phone, or through your patient account. Our pharmacist will advise you on next steps, which may include adjusting your dosage, switching treatment, or in some cases, recommending you visit your GP or seek urgent medical attention. All side effects are taken seriously and managed in line with clinical best practice.
